So I've decided on the name of my establishment: Treason & Plot.
It's because of what I studied in college, 16th and 17th century England, which included The Gunpowder Plot.
Remember remember the fifth of November
Gunpowder, treason and plot.
I see no reason why gunpowder, treason
Should ever be forgot...

My business partner and I are in the midst of writing a business plan and model.
Meetings with possible investors are happening at the end of August.
I'm tingling all over.
